What’s new?
The Support Portal is moving to hStream ID for login, so you’ll no longer need separate credentials to access support. One login, fewer passwords to remember. Beta testing is still underway and further details about the roll-out will be communicated soon.

Live: New Feature

If you contract for Insights+, the Class Analytics page is now live.

Class Analytics: A new Class page provides clear and actionable metrics for managing your classes, including Classes by Grading Status, Classes by Instructor, Classes by Course, Class Availability, Class Details, and more.

Expected July 15: Updates & Enhancements to Video Players

HealthStream is enhancing HealthStream Video Basic, Video Plus, and Video Complete video players with an updated version. Benefits of these updates include:

Faster load and start times: Videos will begin playing more quickly and with greater stability, ensuring a smoother learning experience with fewer delays.
Better playback across browsers and devices: The updated player is fully optimized for HTML5 and modern environments, offering more consistent performance whether learners are on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
Modern, customizable design: The refreshed interface includes a cleaner layout and flexible UI options to deliver a more intuitive, learner‑friendly experience.

Please note that there is no action involved on your part for these changes to take effect.

Coming Soon: Insights Assignment Listing Report

Soon, you will be able to report on your assignments within Insights with the Assignment Listing report. This report will include information related to assignments, such as the learning items within the assignment, dates like Go-live date and Due Date, assignment settings, and more.

Expected This Month: Course Metadata Available in Insights Custom Reports

Starting this month you will be able to create Custom Reports that include Course Metadata. This dataset includes fields like: Course Name, Course Version, Course Description, Course Identifier, Course Owner, Publishing Status, Course Created By, Course Updated By, and many more.

Insights Users with the Account Admin role can assign this dataset to users who need access.
